Wed – April 22, 2020 - 6:30-9:00 pm – South of the Border III–You asked for it – and we answered! We will prepare traditional tamales – starting with the masa, a pollo and chile sauce filling. We’ll whip up a yummy salsa to complement our tamales and finish with a crisp green salad and a cilantro citrus vinaigrette. Our Horchata Cocktail is good enough to call dessert! Wed – May 20, 2020 – 6:30-9:00 pm – Pizza Time!! (Please note guests are asked to bring their own rolling pin if they have one!) We’ll start with a Lemon Sorbet Drink –because that’s what we do! Followed by a lively discussion of what makes the perfect pizza – thick or thin crust? Pepperoni or sausage? White or red sauce? We’ll show you traditional kneading methods, the making of 2 types of crusts and a couple of sauces. You’ll get to make-your-own pizza--your way!
